Our History
I've seen my spouse struggle with her vehicle's auto repairs because of our two young boys a year old and three years old at that time. I felt awful that I couldn't help her due to my long working hours. It was hard for her to go to the mechanic shop with kids because of carrying the car seats & long waiting hours.
She told me repeatedly about her struggles with the boys in the waiting room at the mechanic shop. Sometimes she waited almost three hours and kids drove her crazy. I thought about ways to help her out and that's when Higgls formed as an idea.
I said to myself, probably there are a lot of people who can relate to her struggles. TIME, COST and HARDSHIP were the main problems in the mechanic industries, I concluded and that's how Higgls came to light.
